Balcony where you can appreciate the green of the jungle, the entire town and the beautiful view of the blue ocean!

Our space has 2 very spacious bedrooms with a huge King size bed each. In the living room we have 2 sofa beds where you can sleep comfortably. We also have a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. You can enjoy the balcony where you can appreciate the green of the jungle, the whole town and the beautiful view of the blue ocean!

-We have a single access for all the houses, each house has its main door, only the corridors are shared to reach each one! My brother-in-law and his wife take care of our property and are available to check you in, locate you, and answer any questions you may have.

-We are 5 minutes from the city, 3 minutes from the small beach and 10-15 minutes from the main beach.

-It's a great location as we are tucked away enough in the jungle to be away from the noise of the city but close enough to everything that it's very convenient. -We have grocery stores nearby, there you can find the basics to prepare your own food.

-Everyone walks here! Or take an ATV or donkey. There are no cars. It is hilly so bring your walking shoes.

-We have HIGH SPEED INTERNET!!!

-We kindly ask guests to please shake off any sand before entering the shower, as excess sand can clog the drains. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation!

-Air conditioning information: Dear Guest: To help maintain responsible energy use, we kindly ask you to turn off the air conditioning every time you leave the accommodation.Air conditioning is available from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. If you would like to use it throughout the entire day, an additional fee of $20 USD per day will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that everyone can enjoy a comfortable space. Thank you for your support, and enjoy your stay!

- No parties in our home. Please respect and care for it as if it was yours.

- 6 people max permitted in the house.

- Quiet hrs begin at 10pm and end at 9am. -If you lose the key, YOU will be charged $100 USD.

-To get to Yelapa you have to take a boat from Puerto Vallarta at the Los Muertos pier which will take 50 to 45 minutes to Yelapa, you can also take the boat from Boca de Tomatlan which will take 30 minutes to get to Yelapa.

- If you arrive by car you can get to Boca de Tomatlan and parking there would be easier and cheaper than in Puerto Vallarta.

-We need to know the schedule of the water taxi that you will take at least 24 hours before your arrival so that we can meet you and take you to Green View #4.

- We do special trips, we can pick you up from Puerto Vallarta or Boca de Tomatlan.

-When you get to Yelapa make sure to get off at the PUEBLO PIER (near Cafe Bahia) My brother-in-law Rodolfo Garcia will be there to take you to the home.

***WANT TO HAVE AN AQUATIC ADVENTURE? -We have our own boat.

-We can go fishing, snorkeling, visit nearby towns, whale watching (when it is season) and visit the famous Marietas Island.

-We also offer special trips and pick you up in Puerto Vallarta or Boca De Tomatlan.

In Yelapa you can visit the Cascada del Pueblo, go to the main beach there you can choose a restaurant to eat.

-To ride a horse.

-Or simply go for a walk and get to know some part of Yelapa.

-If you are interested in doing an aquatic activity, send me a message and we can set a date.

-To confirm your date you will have to give 50% of your payment, we will send you an account number to make the deposit.
