-Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 11:00 am.

-Guest is responsible for damaged or lost items. Daily cleaning is not included in regular reservations. If you require cleaning, it is available for a fee of $35 US. A full cleaning is provided for stays longer than 10 days.

-If you smoke, please smoke outside.

- No parties in our home. Please respect and care for it as if it was yours.

-Shared terrace (no events, no parties)

- Quiet hrs begin at 10pm and end at 9am.

-We would also like to remind you that the house is not available for parties, and loud music must end by 10:00 p.m. out of respect for neighbors and other guests.

-If you lose the key, YOU will be charged $100 USD.-

We have a single access for all the houses, each house has its main door, only the corridors are shared to reach each one! We are 5 mins from town, 3 mins from the little beach, and 10 - 15mins from the main beach. It's a great location as we are tucked back in the jungle enough to be away from the noise of the pueblo but close enough to everything that it's super convenient.

We have grocery stores nearby, there you can find the basics to prepare your own food.

-We have HIGH SPEED INTERNET!

-We kindly ask guests to please shake off any sand before entering the shower, as excess sand can clog the drains. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation!

-Air conditioning information:Dear Guest: To help maintain responsible energy use, we kindly ask you to turn off the air conditioning every time you leave the accommodation. Air conditioning is available from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. If you would like to use it throughout the entire day, an additional fee of $20 USD per day will apply.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that everyone can enjoy a comfortable space.
